Paul has been a Finance Broker since January 2003. Within this time he has built his reputation on honesty, integrity and exceptional service. As a full member of the MFAA and having attained a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management you can be confident in both his compliance and professional development. In addition to his expertise in residential lending, Paul can also assist with commercial finance and equipment/vehicle lending.

Jarred Costantino

With over 17 years of Broking experience and a completion of a Bachelor of Business, Jarred has established a reputation as being very driven, committed, knowledgeable and professional. Being a Member of the MFAA and a Licenced Finance Broker for Better Choice Mortgage Services, he prides himself on Integrity, Honesty and Ethics. He ensures the service he provides is second to none. Jarred regularly keeps in contact and up to date with all of his clients and will guide you through the finance process from start to finish and beyond, ensuring your current and long term goals and objectives are achieved.

Eric Delaere

Eric Delaere has over 17 years experience as a Mortgage Broker, and over 18 years’ experience in the finance industry. With a Diploma in Financial Advising as well as a Post Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance and Investment, Eric is more than capable to assist you with your financial needs. Eric has an excellent attention to detail and customer service, which has given him a reputation of being highly committed and dedicated to every client.

Benjamin Hughes

First joining the Better Choice team in 2013, Ben quickly found himself among many of the premier mortgage brokers in WA. Working alongside such highly qualified and experienced peers, instilled the principles of honesty, integrity and efficient service. Values which are conveyed to all clients.

Transitioning from a background in the sciences, I’ve ventured into the finance world armed with essential skills in research, communication, and professionalism. Christian Granato

Christian is a dedicated finance and mortgage broker with over 4 years of experience in the financial industry. He has completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance and Financial Planning, as well as his Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking. Leveraging his background in financial planning, he expertly guides clients through the complexities of securing mortgages, helping them achieve their home buying dreams with confidence and ease. Clients who work with Christian are also supported by his professional admin team at Better Choice Mortgage Services.

Hang Nguyen

With an MBA from Curtin University and five years of experience in customer service and business management in high-end luxury jewellery organizations, I transitioned into the finance industry to combine my passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes with my financial expertise.
I hold a Certificate IV and Diploma in Mortgage Broking and have benefited from two years of mentorship with Vic Giannakis, Director of Better Choice Mortgage Services, alongside my dedicated support team.

Lisa Eral

Lisa is an experienced Mortgage and Finance Broker with a strong background across residential lending and asset finance.
She began her career in the banking and finance industry in 2015, gaining valuable experience with one of Australia’s Big Four banks. Her early roles laid a strong foundation in customer service and tailored lending solutions, which she continues to build upon in her role as a Mortgage and Finance Broker. Her extensive industry knowledge allows her to confidently guide clients through complex lending decisions, offering tailored solutions that align with their personal and financial goals.

Since joining Better Choice Mortgage Services in 2020, Lisa has worked closely under the mentorship of Director Sebastian Scurria, further refining her skills and deepening her industry knowledge. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, and both a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, giving her a well-rounded and strategic approach to helping clients achieve their financial goals. Lisa is dedicated to making the finance process smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

Cameron Smith

Cameron entered the finance industry in 2021, beginning his career working with first home buyers looking to build a home and developed a strong ability to explain the lending process in a clear and simple manner. He later worked in a Perth CBD firm, where he built expertise in complex lending structures, non-conforming lenders, and property investment finance.

Now at Better Choice, Cameron works with a diverse range of clients, delivering a smooth, highly digital lending experience with prompt approvals, competitive rates, and well-suited products.

Having lived in Asia for much of his life, Cameron speaks conversational Mandarin and brings a global perspective and is well placed to assist overseas and expatriate clients navigating Australian lending requirements. He considers post-settlement service to be incredibly important and will make sure your loan is always in good shape on the lowest rate possible.
